目的：探讨产后宫腔组织物残留辅助治疗实施产后康复按摩的效果。方法180例产后胎盘、胎膜组织宫腔残留患者随机分成实验组和对照组各90例，对照组采用常规的产后康复治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上实施产后康复按摩治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的宫腔内组织物排出情况、子宫收缩情况及阴道出血量均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的不良反应率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后宫腔组织物残留辅助治疗中进行产后康复按摩，有利于患者宫腔内组织物排出及子宫收缩，值得推广应用。%Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum rehabilitation massage in assisted treatment of postpartum intrauterine tissue residues. Methods A total of 180 patients with postpartum placenta, caul residues were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received conventional postpartum rehabilitation therapy, and the experimental group received additional postpartum rehabilitation massage therapy. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had better condition of intrauterine tissue discharge, uterine contractions, and colporrhagia than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The experimental group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of postpartum rehabilitation massage in assisted treatment of postpartum intrauterine tissue residues can enhance intrauterine tissue discharge and uterine contractions. This method is worth promotion and application.
