目的：分析激素替代治疗对绝经后女性内分泌及脂代谢水平的影响。方法80例绝经后女性患者,均予以激素替代治疗。比较治疗前后性激素水平与脂代谢水平。结果治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)和尿促卵泡素(FSH)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平分别为(1.02±0.31)、(3.24±0.27)mmol/L,治疗后分别为(1.28±0.23)、(2.77±0.38)mmol/L,治疗后优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论激素替代疗法治疗绝经后女性可有效调节内分泌及脂代谢水平异常,效果显著。%Objective To analyze influence by hormone replacement therapy on internal secretion and lipid metabolism in post-menopause female. Methods A total of 80 post-menopause female patients all received hormone replacement therapy. Their sex hormone and lipid metabolism levels were compared before and after treatment. Results The difference of serum estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) before and after treatment had statistical significance (P<0.05). High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were (1.02±0.31) and (3.24±0.27) mmol/L before treatment, and they were respectively (1.28±0.23) and (2.77±0.38) mmol/L after treatment. The levels after treatment were better than those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy can effectively adjust abnormal internal secretion and lipid metabolism in post-menopause female with precise effect.
