激素替代治疗对老年女性内分泌及脂代谢水平的影响

摘要

目的：探讨激素替代治疗对老年女性内分泌及脂代谢水平的影响。方法：收治老年妇女60例，采用激素替代治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：治疗后，低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)明显优于治疗前(P＜0.05)。结论：激素替代治疗可有效控制老年女性患者的内分泌情况，缓解围绝经期症状。%Objective:To explore the effect of hormone replacement therapy on the level of endocrine and lipid metabolism in older women.Methods:60 elderly women were selected.They were given hormone replacement therapy.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:After treatment,low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hormone replacement therapy can effectively control the endocrine status of elderly female patients,alleviate the symptoms of menopause.
