目的：本次主要对肛肠手术并发症患者的中西医治疗效果进行探讨。方法300例肛肠手术并发症患者，依照治疗差异分为参照组和研究组，各150例。参照组患者行常规西医治疗，研究组患者在参照组治疗基础上联合中医治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后，研究组显效64例(42.7%)，有效81例(54.0%)，无效5例(3.3%)，总有效率为96.7%；参照组显效52例(34.7%)，有效60例(40.0%)，无效38例(25.3%)，总有效率为74.7%。研究组总有效率高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肛肠手术并发症患者的临床效果可观，可有效减少患者的痛苦，值得推广。%Objective To investigate curative effects by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for patients with anorectal operation complications. Methods A total of 300 patients with anorectal operation complications were divided by treatment difference scores into control group and research group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine for treatment, and the research group also received additional traditional Chinese medicine for combined treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the research group had 64 excellent cases (42.7%), 81 effective cases (54.0%) and 5 ineffective cases (3.3%), with total effective rate as 96.7%. The control group had 52 excellent cases (34.7%), 60 effective cases (40.0%) and 38 ineffective cases (25.3%), with total effective rate as 74.7%. The research group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined treatment by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine provides remarkable effect for patients with anorectal operation complications, and it can relieve pain in patients. This method is worth promoting.
