反相高效液相色谱法测定泰麻滴鼻剂中主药的含量

摘要

目的：测定泰麻滴鼻剂中氧氟沙星和麻黄素的含量。 方法：采用RP-HPLC法，用ODS柱，以甲醇-醋酸铵水溶液(1∶1)用磷酸调节p H至6.0作为流动相，氯霉素为内标，检测波长淡256nm。结果：氧氟沙星和 麻黄素平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.5%,101.5%;RSD分别为1.4 5%和1.57。结论：此法简便、快速、准确。%OBJECTIVE:To deve lop an assay for ofloxacin and ephedrine in ofloxacin and ephedrine nasal drops. METHODS:A RP-HPLC methods was practised on a hypersil ODS column with a mobile phase of methanol-10g/L ammonium acetate in water(1:1),which pH w as adjuested to 6.0 with phosphoric acid.Chloramphenicol was used as the interna l standand,UV detection was performed at 256nm.REULTS:The standand c urves for ofloxacin and ephedrine were linear in the range of 20～100μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),100～1000μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),respectively. Th e average recoveries of ofloxacin and ephedrine were 99.5%,101.5% respectively. CONCLUSION:The method was convenient,rapid and accurate.
