目的：探讨诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜去除系统治疗月经过多的可行性、安全性及近期疗效。方法2011年8月～2014年3月，因月经过多药物治疗无效行诺舒子宫内膜去除术349例，术后随访月经、手术并发症、患者对手术和月经的满意程度、子宫切除率等。结果349例均完成诺舒手术，平均治疗时间85．6 s（35～168 s），未发现术中并发症。术后3、6、12个月闭经率分别为59．0％（138／234）、60．7％（119／196）、60．7％（82／135），手术有效率分别为98．3％（230／234）、96．4％（189／196）、94．8％（128／135），患者对月经满意率分别为87．2％（197／226）、89．0％（170／191）、86．2％（112／130），患者对手术满意率分别为90．7％（205／226）、91．6％（175／191）、91．5％（119／130）。术后12个月子宫切除率为1．5％（2／135）。结论诺舒治疗月经过多简单安全，近期疗效好。%Objective To investigate the feasibility , safety and short-term effects of NovaSure system endometrial ablation for menorrhagia . Methods From August 2011 to March 2014, 349 women with menorrhagia were treated with NovaSure system .All the patients were followed up in respect with menstruation , operation complications , satisfaction rate of operation and menstruation , and hysterectomy rates. Results The procedures was completed successfully in all the patients .The mean operation time was 85.6 s (range, 35-168 s).No severe perioperative complications were observed .The rate of amenorrhea was 59.0%(138/234), 60.7%(119/196), and 60.7% (82/135), and the total efficiency rate was 98.3% (230/234), 96.4% (189/196), and 94.8%(128/135), respectively, at the third, sixth, and twelfth month.The rates of satisfaction with menstruation at the third , sixth, and twelfth month were 87.2% (197/226), 89.0% (170/191), and 86.2% (112/130), respectively.The rates of satisfaction with operation at the third, sixth, and twelfth month were 90.7% ( 205/226 ), 91.6% ( 175/191 ), and 91.5% ( 119/130 ), respectively.The hysterectomy rate was 1.5% (2/135) at the twelfth month. Conclusion The NovaSure system endometrial ablation is a simple and safe procedure to treat menorrhagia , which shows good short-term results.
