联合应用疏血通注射液治疗对急性心肌梗死患者凝血、生化指标和心电图的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of the combination therapy of Shuxuetong injection and therapies on acute myocardial infarction patients’blood coagulation,blood fat,the level of inflammatory factors and the dy-namic electrocardiogram.Method:100 acute myocardial infarction patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups,each group contained 50 patients.The intervention group was treated with Shuxuetong injection (250mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection +6mL Shuxuetong injection)conbine with therapies (including low molec-ularweight heparin,aspirin,and using thrombolytic therapy to patients who were fit for it ).While the control group was given treatments alone.Both groups were treated for successively 1 5 days,then statistics analysis were given to compare the changes of blood coagulation,blood fat,the level of inflammatory factors and the dynamic electrocardio-gram before and after treatment.Results:There were no difference between two groups patients’physiological index which including blood coagulation,blood fat,the level of inflammatory factors and the dynamic electrocardiogram be-fore the therapies,and then they showed proved after treatments,and the differences between pre-and post-treat-ment showed statistically significant(P <0.05,P <0.01),the therapeutic efficacy of intervention group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination therapy of Shuxuetong injection and therapies show bet-ter effect on acute myocardial infarction patients’indexes than therapies.%目的：：观察疏血通注射液联合常规药物治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)对患者凝血、血脂、炎性因子水平和心电图的影响。方法：100例 AMI 患者按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组联合应用疏血通注射液静滴(0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml+疏血通注射液2ml×3支)和常规治疗(包括低分子肝素、阿司匹林、辛伐他汀注射液静滴，溶栓适应症者予以溶栓药物治疗)，对照组仅予常规治疗，连续治疗15天。统计分析两组治疗前后凝血、血脂、炎性因子水平和动态心电图变化。结果：治疗前，两组凝血、血脂、炎性因子和动态心电图指标均无统计学差异(P >0.05)；治疗后，两组除部分血脂指标外，其余各项指标均较治疗前改善(P <0.05或 P <0.01)，观察组改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或 P <0.01)。结论：常规治疗联合疏血通注射液对AMI 患者临床实验指标具有改善作用，验证了中西医结合治疗心血管疾病的有效性。
