Objective To investigate the effect of horizontal blood sample tube after centrifuge on biochemistry examination. Methods After precipitation of serum, specimens were centrifuged 4000rpm for 5 minutes and tested with Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer 7600 - 210 for 2 times. We had placed the specimen tube on horizontal level for 2 minutes and inverted mixed specimens for 8 times and tested twice, respectively. Results After the specimen tube on horizontal level for 2 minutes, there was not statistically different between the level of ALT、AST、TBIL、CK、 CK-MB、LDH、HBDH、CREA、UREA、GLU、K+、Na+、P3+ results with the original results. After inverted mixed specimens for 8 times, there was more statistically significant difference between the level of LDH and HBDH results with the original results and statistically difference between AST and CKMB results with the original results, other items not statistically significant. Conclusion If blood sample tube was transverse or inverted after centrifuge, it should be recentrifuge again and used for biochemistry examination.%目的 调查带分离胶血液标本管离心后横置对生化检测的影响.方法 血液标本析出血清后,4000rpm离心5分钟,用日立7600-210全自动生化分析仪检测2次,将标本管水平放置2分钟后和将标本管颠倒混匀8次后分别上机检测2次.结果 标本管水平放置2分钟后的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶、尿素氮、葡萄糖、总胆红素、肌酐、磷、钾和钠等13项结果与原始结果差异均无显著性.标本管颠倒混匀8次后的乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和肌酸激酶同工酶MB结果差异有显著性,其他项目差异均无显著性.结论 带分离胶血液标本管离心后横置或倒置应重新离心再进行生化检验.
