目的探讨不同种类导尿管留置导尿对尿道黏膜影响、导尿管相关尿路感染的发病情况，以指导临床正确选择应用导尿管。方法选取2010年6月至2011年10月需要留置导尿患者80例，随机分为抗菌超滑导尿管组及普通Foley氏尿管组，每组各40例。检测两组患者尿常规，记录留置尿管期间患者感觉，并行中段尿细菌培养。结果插管初期抗菌超滑导尿管比普通Foley氏尿管镜下血尿发生率低，插管期间抗菌超滑尿管不适感觉少见。两组患者随插管时间延长，尿培养细菌阳性率逐日增加，两组相同天数细菌感染率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论抗菌超滑尿管比普通Foley氏尿管对尿道黏膜损伤轻，并可延缓导尿管相关尿路感染( CAUTIs)的发生，对短期留置导尿管的患者，此法是较好的预防感染的方法。%Objective To evaluate the effect of super lubricath-antibacterial and ordinary Foley catheter on urinary mu-cosa and study the situation of urethral catheter-associated urinary tract infections to guide the clinical selection of u-rethral catheter. Method A randomized controlled prospective clinical trial was carried out in 80 patients admitted in the Department of Urologic Surgery, who required the use of an indwelling catheterization. The patients were divided into 2 equal groups with placement of super lubricath-antibacterial and ordinary Foley catheter, and routine laboratory urine test was performed on a regular basis and the patients feelings during catheter retention were recorded. The urine bacterial culture was carried out in these patients. Result Patients with placement of super lubricath-antibacterial cath-eters reported no obvious discomfort in relation to the catheter placement and had significantly lower incidence of he-matuiria identified microscopicallythan those with common Foley catheters. Following the increasing time of indwelling urethral catheter, the positive rate of urine bacteria culture was increasing in two groups. The urinary infective rate of corresponding days among two groups was significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with Foley cathe-ters, super lubricath-antibacterial catheters cause less injuries and reduce substantially irritation of the urinary muco-sa. It is a good method for delaying catheter-associated urinary tract infections( CAUTIs) occurrence.
