炎琥宁联合干扰素泵吸治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate and explore the efficacy and safety of Yanhuning injection with interferon inhala-tion in treating hand foot and mouth disease ( HFMD) children. Method In this trial, 55 children diagnosed of HFMD and received treatment in Capital Institute of Pediatrics Affiliated Children’ s Hospital aged 1 to 4 years were randomly divided into treatment group ( n=28 ) which received Yanhuning injection with interferon inhalation and control group(n=27)which received Yanhuning injection 1 time daily for 7 days follow-up. The treatment effect was divided intothe significant effect, the normal effect and the invalid effect. Result The significant rate of the treat-ment group was 53. 6% and the control group was 22. 2%. There was significant differences between two groups(P<0. 05). The normal effect or invalid effect of treatment did not differ significantly between the two groups. Conclusion Children with HFMD may benefit from Yanhuning injection with interferon inhalation treatment as com-pared with Yanhuning injection. No significant adverse drug reactions are observed for the two groups.%目的：目的探讨炎琥宁联合干扰素泵吸治疗儿童手足口病的有效性。方法选取首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院门诊确诊并治疗的手足口病患儿55例进行观察,患儿按照数字表法随机分为两组：①治疗组28例：予以炎琥宁(10mg/kg,静点,每日1次),并雾化吸入用重组人干扰素a-1b注射液(2μg/kg,每日1次)。②对照组27例：予以炎琥宁(10mg/kg,静点,每日1次)。患儿分别予治疗后第1、2、3、7天随访。结果显效率：治疗组中为53.6％,对照组为22.2％,两组间差异有显著性。结论炎琥宁联合干扰素泵吸治疗儿童手足口病比可以替代静脉输注炎琥宁。
