炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法：收治手足口病患儿50例，根据其入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各25例，对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，观察组给予炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果、症状缓解情况以及不良反应的发生率等。结果：观察组的总有效率96.0%，明显高于对照组的80.0%，且其不良反应发生率4.35%，明显低于对照组的24.0%，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组的退热时间、疱疹消退时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病能够明显提高治疗效果，快速缓解临床症状，促进预后，还能够减少不良反应的发生，安全、可靠。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yanhuning combined with interferon in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:50 children patients with hand foot and mouth disease were selected.According to their admission sequence,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each.The control group was given ribavirin treatment.The observation group was given Yanhuning combined with interferon treatment.The curative effect,symptom relief and adverse reaction incidence rate were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 4.35%,which was significantly lower than 24% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fever clearance time,agria regression time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanhuning combined with interferon in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease can significantly improve the treatment effect,rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms,improve prognosis,and it also can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.It is safe and reliable.
