银杏叶提取物注射液治疗MECT所致记忆障碍的对照研究

摘要

目的：探索银杏叶提取物注射液改善无抽搐电痉挛治疗（modified electra convulsive therapy，MECT）所致记忆障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合MECT治疗适应证的100例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，研究组52例给予银杏叶提取物注射液合并MECT治疗，对照组48例单用MECT治疗。于治疗前、首次治疗、第3次治疗、末次治疗、末次治疗后1周、2周及4周末分别采用韦氏量表中的再认、图片、联想、背数4个因子和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale，HAMD）进行评定分析。结果两组患者HAMD评分在各评分点差异无显著性（P＞0.05），韦氏量表各因子分在治疗前及首次治疗后差异均无显著性（P＞0.05），在治疗第3次、末次治疗、末次治疗后1周末、2周末，研究组韦氏各因子分均高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05），末次治疗后4周末两组韦氏各因子分差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论银杏叶提取物注射液能改善抑郁症患者MECT治疗期间的记忆受损情况，但对记忆恢复程度无影响。%ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Ginkgo biloba extract injection on improving the memory disorder caused by MECT.MethodThe 100 depression patients consistent with MECT treatment indications were randomly assigned to two groups, the study group (n=52) accepted ginkgo biloba extract injection combined MECT therapy, the control group (n=48) accepted MECT therapy. Evaluated the 4 factors of recognition, image, association, reciting number in the Wechsler scale and Wechsler memory scale and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) before treatment, after the first treatment, the third treatment, the last treatment and 1w, 2w, 4w after the last treatment respectively.Result Two groups of patients had no significant difference on HAMD scores at each point (P>0.05). There was no significant difference on each factor of Wechsler scale and Wechsler memory scale before treatment and after the first treatment (P>0.05). However, the scores were higher in study group than control group after the third treatment, the last treatment, 1w, 2w after the last treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The two groups had no statistic difference 4w after the last treatment on each factor of Wechsler scale and Wechsler memory scale (P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection can improve the memory of patients with depression during MECT therapy, but has no effect on the recovery degree of memory.
