超脉冲CO2激光治疗中患者的疼痛状况及相关因素分析

Objective To evaluate the pain degree and related factors in the treatment of patients with syringoma, pigmented nevus and other diseases. Method 590 patients with various warts, syringoma and other diseases which were treated with UltraPulse? CO2laser from our department from February 1, 2017, to November 30, 2017.The patient s 'clinical data include the sex, age of the patients, the location, area and type of the skin lesion. And the degree of pain during the laser treatment was recorded. The relationship between the degree of pain and the condition of the patients and the skin lesion was analyzed by the application of statistical analysis. Result The average pain score in the treatment of UltraPulse? CO2was (5.5±1.7). The female patients aged less than 50 years old and patients with larger skin lesions are more prone to be painful in the treatment. The highest pain score was (6.7±1.9) in syringoma patients. Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of pain was positively correlated with the area and the type of syringoma and pigmented nevus,while negatively correlated with the age and male sex(P <0.05). Conclusion The degree of pain is mostly moderate in the treatment of UltraPulse? CO2laser. Patients with large lesion area have higher pain scores. Female patients aged less than 50 years old and the patients with syringoma and pigmented nevus are more easily to be painful.%目的 评价超脉冲CO2激光治疗汗管瘤、色素痣等疾病过程中患者的疼痛程度及与疼痛相关的危险因素.方法 收集2017年2月1日至11月30日于本科行超脉冲CO2激光治疗的590例各种疣、汗管瘤、睑黄瘤等患者的临床资料,包括患者的性别、年龄、皮损性质、发生部位及面积,记录患者在激光治疗过程中的疼痛程度评分,并对其相关因素进行统计学分析.结果 超脉冲CO2激光治疗常见疾病的平均疼痛程度评分为(5.5±1.7)分.女性、年龄<50岁、皮损面积大者更易发生疼痛.汗管瘤患者的疼痛程度评分[(6.7±1.9)分]最高.Logistic回归分析显示患者的疼痛程度评分与皮损面积和皮损类型(汗管瘤、色素痣)呈正相关,而与年龄和性别(男)呈显著负相关(P<0.05).结论 超脉冲CO2激光治疗中患者的疼痛程度以中度为主,皮损面积大者疼痛评分高,年龄<50岁的女性患者及皮损为汗管瘤、色素痣的患者更易发生疼痛.
