超微血流显像技术在颈部淋巴结穿刺活检中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of SMI in ultrasound-guided biopsy of cervical lymph nodes.Method Ninety-three patients with cervical lymph nodes underwent ultrasound-guided biopsy, of which, 44 patients underwent CDFI during biopsy, 49 patients underwent SMI during biopsy. The one needle successful rate of gross examination and positive rate of pathologic diagnosis were Compared between the two groups.Result The successful rate of gross examination and positive rate of pathologic diagnosis of group CDFI are 79.5％(35/44)and 70.5％(31/44), respectively. The successful rate of gross examination and positive rate of pathologic diagnosis of group SMI are 98.0％(48/49)and 93.9％(46/49), respectively. There are significant statistically difference.Conclusion SMI improved the successful rate of gross examination and positive rate of pathologic diagnosis, which is suitable in ultrasound-guided biopsy of cervical lymph nodes.%目的 探讨超微血流显像技术(superb micro-vascular imaging,SMI)在颈部淋巴结穿刺活检中的应用价值.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月93例在本院超声科行超声引导下颈部淋巴结粗针穿刺活检的患者,随机分为两组:彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)引导下穿刺活检44例(CDFI组),SMI引导下穿刺活检49例(SMI组).比较分析两组的取材肉眼成功率及病理诊断阳性率.结果 CDFI组44例患者的肉眼取材成功率为79.5％(35/44),病理诊断阳性率为70.5％(31/44);SMI组49例患者的肉眼取材成功率为98.0％(48/49),病理诊断阳性率为93.9％(46/49).两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 SMI用于颈部淋巴结粗针穿刺活检,能明显提高肉眼取材成功率和病理诊断阳性率.
