Objective The purpose of study was to evaluate the long-dated effect of the ART technique through clinic observation after the treatment to 160 teeth. Methods Modified RYGE evaluating methods have been used to observe the hold-up rate of filling materials,the secondary decayed tooth and the edge tightness after treatment for 1 year,2 years and 3 years. Results Clinic investigation has shown that the filling with ART.70% of suffering teeth were not fall off for 3 years,the incidence of secondary caries is 10% .So this technique provides a perfect method for the restoration of decayed tooth. It is possible fol more people to cure their decayed teeth with this technique.
