间苯三酚联合奥尔芬治疗肾绞痛的临床疗效观察

Objective:Observe the curative effect that phloroglucin combine diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride lnjection (olfen) in the treatment of the renalcolic.Methods:Select 668 person suffering from renalcolic,divide the patients into two groups,one group in the treatment of phloroglucin combine diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride lnjection (olfen) and the other in the treatment of progesterone.Use visual analogue scales(VAS) to appraise the level of pain and the curative effect of acesodyne.Observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of the patients that in the treatment of olfen and progesterone at 10min,20min,40min,60min. Results:The difference of grading with WAS at 10min,20min,40min,60min between two groups is statistical significance.The effective rate and the response rate of the relief of patient's suffering in the one group exceeds that in the two group, the difference is statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect that phloroglucin combine diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride lnjection (olfen) in the treatment of the renalcolic is efficient,safe and swift.%目的:观察间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液(奥尔芬)对肾绞痛止痛的疗效.方法:选择泌尿科急诊肾绞痛患者688例,采用单盲法将病例随机分成两组:间苯三酚+双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液组(治疗组)420例和单用黄体酮组(对照组)268例,根据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)来评价疼痛的严重程度及止痛效果.观察比较给药后10、20、40、60min 4个时间点疼痛的缓解疗效及不良反应.结果:观察组用药后第10、20、40、60 min的VAS评分均比对照组低,不同时间的评分,差异有统计学意义.观察组用药后第10、20、40、60min的疼痛缓解总有效率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);用药后10、20、40、60min的显效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0..01).结论:间苯三酚联合奥尔芬注射液治疗肾绞痛高效、安全、起效迅速.
