驱血点状剥脱结合深筋膜下交通支离断术治疗严重下肢静脉功能不全

摘要

Objective:To summarize the experiences of the minimally invasive surgical procedures by avascularization in the treatment of serious the legs great saphenous varicose vein. Methods:25 cases were treated with the minimally invasive surgical procedures by avascularization and Subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery. Results: In 25 patients,23 cases were followed-up, the follow-up rate was 92% . The average follow-up period of 12months, it showed satisfactory results. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is simple,reasonable,easy to master,and the effect of ideals,it is worth popularizing.%目的:总结驱血点状剥脱结合深筋膜下交通支离断术治疗严重的下肢静脉功能不全的经验.方法:驱血点状剥脱结合深筋膜下交通支离断术治疗25 例(27 条患肢) 严重的下肢静脉功能不全患者.结果:在25 例患者中,随访23 例,随访率为92 %.平均随访时间12 月,疗效满意.结论:驱血点状剥脱术结合深筋膜下交通支离断术治疗严重的下肢静脉功能不全手术时间短,手术出血少,达到疗效确切、美容美观的效果,而且器械简单,开展容易的优点,值得推广.
