产科患者隐私保护意识的调查分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate and analysis the privacy protection awareness of patients in the department of obstetrics,so as to provide a reference for improving the quality of service.Methods:Self-designed questionnaires on the privacy protection awarenessw as dispatched to 97 patients in the department of obstetrics.Results:Privacy protection test Correct rate is 13.8％,73.2％ of respondents considered privacy protection were important,the newspapers and mangazines,network were the major source for women to pick up such knowledge,Patients from cultural backgroud,age and religion held different cognition of importance of privacy protection with statistical significance.Complaint to hospital related department was the preferred way for patients to protect their privacy;the primary factor in fluencing the cognition of privacy protection was the imperfect ;egal system.Conclusion:Although patients have strong awareness of privacy protection,they lack related knowledge,doctors and nurses strengthen the privacy protection knowledge,concern with the personalized needs of privacy protection,solve clinical teaching and patient paivacy protection contradiction,promote medical privacy protection service quality.%目的:了解产科患者隐私保护意识,为临床提高保护服务提供参考.方法:采用自行设计的产科患者隐私保护意识调查表对我科住院产妇97 例进行调查分析.结果:隐私保护测试题答对率为13.8%,73.2% 的调查产妇认为隐私保护十分重要,报纸杂志、网络是产妇获取隐私保护知识的主要渠道.不同年龄阶段、文化背景和宗教信仰人群隐私保护重要性认知差异具有统计学意义.患者维护隐私权首选向医院相关部门投诉;隐私保护影响因素认知首选为相关法律不完善.结论:产妇隐私保护意识和维权意识强,但相关知识缺乏,医护人员加强隐私保护知识宣教,关注患者隐私保护的个性化需求,解决临床教学与患者隐私保护矛盾,全面提升医疗隐私保护服务品质.
