社区居民就医行为的调查与分析

摘要

Objective: To get familiar with the medical intention and medical treatment of community residents, providing the evidence that attracting residents getting the community health care.Methods: Making a survey for 10000 Fnagzhuang's community residents, using multi-stage random method. Results: As the result, about 50.2％ residents to get an illness is not very serious they choose to manage it by themselves but not seeking the formal medical treatment. And the other 48.6％ residents choose the big hospital. Conclusions: Only by raising the ability of community health care doctors, improving the medical environment, thus leading a reasonable medical treatment.%目的:了解社区居民就医意向和就医行为,为制定吸引居民到社区就医的政策提供依据.方法:采用选择加随机,多阶段分层抽样方法,对北京市方庄社区10000名城市居民进行问卷调查.结果:50.2%的社区居民患小病时自己处理而不去就诊;患病时48.6%的居民选择大医院.结论:只有不断完善社区卫生服务内涵,改善就诊环境,才能引导居民合理就医.
