Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing path in obstetrics and nursing application effect.Methods:in 2010 October to 2011 September in our hospital obstetric hospital delivery of 45 primipara, divided into 21 cases in the control group and the treatment group of 24 cases. The treatment group using clinical nursing pathway process to complete the examination and treatment; the control group received routine nursing and health guidance, observe two groups of nursing effect.Results:the treatment group: maternal health knowledge of the extent of the excellent and good rate was 87.5%, the average length of stay of 4.7 days, the average hospitalization expenses of (1900 + 50.3) yuan, satisfaction 95.8%; control group: maternal health knowledge of the extent of the excellent and good rate was 61.9%, the average length of stay of 6.2 days, the average hospitalization expenses of (2500 ± 61.3)yuan, satisfaction 80.9%, two groups of contrast differences with statistical significance (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:the application of clinical nursing path in patients in the occurrence of disease, can meet the development and outcome of health needs, in the shortest possible time to obtain the best effect of nursing.%目的:探讨临床护理路径在产科产妇护理中的应用效果.方法:选择2010年10月～2011年9月在我院产科住院分娩的45例初产妇,分为对照组21例和治疗组24例.治疗组采用临床护理路径流程完成各项检查及治疗;对照组采用常规护理及健康指导,观察两组护理效果.结果:治疗组:产妇健康知识掌握程度优良率87.5%,平均住院时间4.7d,平均住院费用(1900±50.3)元,满意度95.8%;对照组:产妇健康知识掌握程度优良率61.9%,平均住院时间6.2d,平均住院费用(2500±61.3)元,满意度80.9%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用临床护理路径可满足患者在疾病发生、发展和转归过程中的健康需求,在最短的时间内获得最佳的护理效果.
