综合护理干预对突发性耳聋患者心理状态及疗效影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理干预对突发性耳聋患者心理状态及疗效的影响.方法 选择60 例突发性耳聋患者并随机分为观察组与对照组,均进行常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理为主的综合护理干预,观察比较两组症状自评量表(SCL-90) 评分的变化及治疗效果.结果 (1) 治疗后两组患者抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分均较治疗前有所改善(P＜0.05),治疗后观察组上述评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);(2) 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预可以缓解突发性耳聋患者的不良情绪,消除心理障碍,使患者以积极的心态配合治疗,提高治疗效果.%Objective: To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological condition and therapy effect in sudden hearing loss patients. Methods:60 patients with sudden hearing loss(SHL) were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were treated with general methods.30 patients in the control group were given ordinary nurse,and 30 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The score of SCL-90 and treatment effects were compared. Results:(1)After treatment, the SCL-90 scores of depression, anxiety, phobic in both groups were improved compared with that before treatment (P ＜0.05), and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05) ; (2) The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33% (28/30),and that in the control group was 73.33% (22/30), the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with SHL can ease the negative emotional and improve treatment effect.
