苯巴比妥、托吡酯片、丙戊酸钠治疗小儿癫痫的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨小儿癫痫采用不同药物治疗的临床效果。方法：本次选择120例小儿癫痫患者作为研究对象,均为我院儿科2011年1月至2013年1月收治,随机分组就苯巴比妥(A组)、托吡酯片(B组)、丙戊酸钠(C组)治疗效果进行对比,回顾分析临床资料。结果：A组完全控制率为60%,临床总有效率为92.5%；B组完全控制率为65%,临床总有效率为95%；C组完全控制率为45%,临床总有效率为90%。提示B组完全控制率高于A、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但三组间临床总有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。A组皮疹、血小板减少、头晕、胃肠反应等并发症发生率为37.5%,B组为27.5%,C组为17.5%,A组与其它两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床针对小儿癫痫治疗时,需依据患儿病情对药物行合理选择,以提高临床效果,保障用药安全,降低不良事件发生率,促使预后及患儿生存质量最大程度的改善。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pediatric epilepsy with different drug treatment.Methods:We selected 120 cases of infantile epilepsy patients as the research object, in our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 January were randomly assigned to, phenobarbital (A group), topiramate tablets (group B), sodium valproate (C group) were compared treatment, a retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results:In A group, complete remission rate was 60%, the total clinical effective rate was 92.5%;in group B, complete control rate was 65%, the total clinical effective rate was 95%;in group C, complete control rate was 45%, the total clinical effective rate was 90%. B group has full control rate was higher than that of A, C two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). But the clinical total effective rate between the three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Group A rash, thrombocytopenia, dizziness, gastrointestinal reaction and complication rate was 37.5%, 27.5%in B group, 17.5%in C group, A group and the other two groups had a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment for children with epilepsy in children with the disease, according to a reasonable choice of drugs, in order to improve the clinical effect, guarantee drug safety, reduce the incidence of adverse events, the prognosis and the maximum survival quality improvement.
