腰-硬联合麻醉在80岁以上高龄患者下肢骨折手术中的麻醉效果观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the waist hard joint anesthesia in the over 80-year-old patients with lower limb fracture surgery anesthesia effect.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control lines of epidural anesthesia,waist hard joint anesthesia group. Comparative efficacy and the indicators.Results:The observation group the average sensory blockade effect was shorter than control group;The average sensory blockade and analgesia duration was longer than the control group obviously, the significance of difference (P<0.01).To observe the clinical anesthesia group the total effective rate was 94.45%,control group was 77.78%,significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Waist hard joint anesthesia in the over 80-year-old patients with lower limb fracture surgery anesthesia effect is significant, worthy of promotion.%目的：：观察腰-硬联合麻醉在80岁以上高龄患者下肢骨折手术中的麻醉效果。方法：将我院2008年1月~2012年12月期间收治的72例80岁以上高龄的下肢骨折患者随机平均分为两组：对照组行单纯的硬膜外麻醉，观察组行腰-硬联合麻醉。观察比较两组患者的疗效和各项指标。结果：观察组患者的平均感觉阻滞起效时间短于对照组；而平均感觉阻滞持续时间及镇痛持续时间明显长于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。同时，观察组的临床麻醉总有效率为94.45%，对照组为77.78%，差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：腰-硬联合麻醉在80岁以上高龄患者下肢骨折手术中的麻醉效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
