开胸术后并发心律失常患者的临床观察及护理

摘要

Objective:To analyse the thoracotomy with arrhythmia reasons, explore the effective clinical nursing countermeasures. Methods:Retrospective analysis in September 2011 to September 2012 were between 62 routine open-chest surgery patients, the clinical data of postoperative cardiac arrhythmia and analysis, summarizes the clinical nursing experience.Results:The 62 routine open-chest surgery patients postoperative 12 patients with cardiac arrhythmia, arrhythmia incidence was 19.4%. The effective treatment and nursing patients after cardiac arrhythmia got better control, stable vital signs.Conclusion:Influence open-chest surgery patients with postoperative arrhythmia factor is varied, the patient should carry out a strict monitoring, completes the effective psychological nursing and respiratory care work, effective analgesic, improve patient anaerobic condition is to guarantee the safety of the patients through the important measure, is to prevent postoperative arrhythmia and the key.%目的：：分析开胸术后并发心律失常的原因，探讨有效的临床护理对策。方法：回顾性分析我院2011年9月~2012年9月间收治的62例行开胸手术患者的临床资料，分析术后并发心律失常情况，总结临床护理经验。结果：本组62例行开胸手术患者术后12例患者并发心律失常，心律失常发生率为19.4%。经有效治疗和护理后患者心律失常得到了较好的控制，生命体征平稳。结论：影响开胸手术患者术后并发心律失常的因素是多种多样的，术后应对患者病情进行严密的监护、做好有效的心理护理和呼吸道护理工作，有效镇痛，改善患者的缺氧状态是保证患者安全度过术后的重要措施，也是预防术后并发心律失常的关键。
