中西医结合治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘要

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine for the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina. Methods:184 cases were divided into two groups, including 92 patients of the control group with conventional Western medicine treatment and the observation group of 92 patients Integrative, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher in patients. And the differences between the two groups was statistically significant, at the same time, the number of attacks in the observation group and control group patients after treatment times were (3.4±1.5), (5.7±2.3) times;duration (3.4±1.0, respectively) min, (3.6±1.3) min, and the difference between the two groups with a statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion:Integrative Medicine for the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina can significantly improve clinical efficiency, which is conducive to the prognosis of patients, and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.%目的：探讨中西医结合方法治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2010年2月至2012年8月收治的184例不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料,其中,对照组92例患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组92例患者采用中西医结合方法进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率,明显高于对照组患者。且两组之间差异具有统计学意义,同时,观察组与对照组患者治疗后的每周发作次数分别为(3.4±1.5)次、(5.7±2.3)次；持续时间分别为(3.4±1.0)min、(3.6±1.3)min,两组之间比较差异具有显著统计学意义,P<0.05。结论：中西医结合治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛可明显改善患者的临床有效率,有利于患者的预后,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
