新辅助化疗对结肠癌患者手术及预后的影响

摘要

目的：分析新辅助化疗对结肠癌患者手术及预后的影响。方法：选取我院2008年3月~2009年4月间入院进行手术治疗的结肠癌患者30例,分为A、B组,观察两组患者新辅助化疗前后CD44v6、p27表达情况以及不良反应。结果：A组患者化疗前后CD44v6、p27蛋白表达差异不显著,B组患者两种蛋白细胞的阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD44v6的蛋白表达呈现显著降低现象,p27蛋白表达呈现明显升高现象。三年内A组患者存活率高于B组,不良反应主要以恶心呕吐、腹泻以及血小板、白细胞和血红蛋白减少为主。结论：新辅助化疗对于结肠癌患者预后有显著影响,CD44v6、p27的表达监测对于判断患者预后有重要作用。%Objective:To analyze the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on operation and the prognosis of patients with colon cancer. Methods:30 patients with colon cancer in our hospital from 2008 March to 2009 April admitted to hospital for operation treatment of patients, divided into A,B groups were observed before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,two groups of patients with CD44v6,the expression of p27 and the adverse reaction.Results:A group before and after chemotherapy in patients with CD44v6,the expression of p27 protein were not significantly different,the difference of the positive rate of cell of two protein in the B group was statistically significant (P<0.05),the expression of CD44v6 protein was significantly reduced the phenomenon,p27 protein expression significantly increased phenomenon.The three year survival rate ofA group were higher than those in B group,the main adverse reactions to nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and platelet,leukocyte and hemoglobin decreased.Conclusion:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has a significant impact on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer,CD44v6, expression of p27 plays an important role in monitoring for the judgment of prognosis.
