目的：应用光学相干断层成像（OCT）检查描述中老年人群中早期玻璃体后脱离（PVD）的发生情况进行研究。方法：选择我院2012年8月至2013年4月体检完成OCT检查1005例（2010眼），年龄43～90岁，平均年龄（57.23±10.81）岁，中位年龄为55岁。对1005例OCT检查者所获得OCT图像进行3部分项目分析，分别为：①性别与PVD。②年龄与PVD。③左右眼与PVD。结果：①1005例共发生PVD167例（16.62%），其中5眼可见玻璃体后界膜与黄斑部视网膜紧密粘连牵拉，神经上皮层隆起。②男性组发生PVD者65例（13.08%），女性组发生PVD者102例（20.08%），女性PVD发生率高于男性（P=0.003）。③各年龄组的PVD发生率呈增高的趋势，年龄＞63岁组PVD发生率明显高于年龄≤49岁组（P=0.013）。④1005例左眼发生PVD者124例（12.34%），右眼发生PVD者121例（12.04%），差异无统计学意义（P=0.838）。结论：早期PVD的发生与性别相关。早期PVD的发生有随年龄增高的趋势。%[ABSTRACT]Objective:Application of optical coherence tomography(OCT) examination of the elderly population in the description of early posterior vitreous detachment(PVD) were performed to study the occurrence. Methods: In our hospital from 2012 August to 2013 April examination to complete the OCT examination in 1005 cases (2010 eyes), aged 43~90 years, mean age (57.23±10.81) years of age, the median age was 55 years old. The OCT examination of 1005 cases acquired OCT images of 3 part project analysis, respectively:①Gender and PVD. ②Age and PVD. ③The left and the right eye and PVD. Results: ①Occurred in 1005 cases of PVD167 patients (16.62%), including 5 eyes visible posterior hyaloid membrane and macular retinal tight adhesion traction, neuroepithelial layer eminence.② In 65 cases of male group developed PVD (13.08%), 102 cases of female group developed PVD (20.08%), female incidence rate of PVD was higher than that of male(P=0.003). ③ For each age group the incidence of PVD was increased, the older than 63 years old group the incidence of PVD was significantly higher than that of age≤49 years old group(P=0.013).④In 124 cases of 1005 cases of left eye PVD (12.34%), 121 cases of right eye PVD (12.04%), no significant difference(P=0.838). Conclusions:The early occurrence of PVD related with sex. The PVD incidence with age increasing.
