长期留置双腔PICC导管在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用和护理对策

摘要

目的：探讨长期留置双腔经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter，PICC）导管在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用和护理对策。方法：选取我院接受双腔PICC长期留置导管化疗的肿瘤患者76例作为观察组，同期选取传统浅静脉穿刺化疗患者70例作为对照组，比较两组患者并发症发生率并分析PICC留置导管的护理对策。结果：76例观察组患者成功置入双腔PICC导管，成功率为100%（76/76），双腔PICC留置导管患者留置导管时间9～48个月，平均（23.18±5.61）个月，其中2例患者出现皮肤红肿热痛等感染症状，经局部换药和抗生素治疗后，感染症状控制，1例患者死亡，终止双腔PICC留管。结论：长期留置双腔PICC导管具有安全性高，并发症低，严格无菌操作规范并配合有效的护理对策有助于提高患者的生活质量和护理质量。%[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the long-term indwelling double lumen of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) application and nursing countermeasures of catheter in cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods:In our hospital received dual chamber PICC long-term indwelling catheter chemotherapy in patients with 76 cases as the observation group, selected at the same period the traditional chemotherapy patients with superficial vein puncture in 70 cases as control group, nursing countermeasure and analysis of PICC catheter in two groups of patients with complications.Results:76 cases of patients with successful implantation of dual chamber PICC catheter, the success rate was 100% (76/76), catheter indwelling catheter time 9~48 months of indwelling double lumen PICC, averaged (23.18±5.61) months among them, 2 patients presented with skin swelling heat pain and other symptoms of infection, the local change medicine and antibiotic treatment, symptoms of infection control, 1 patients died, the termination of double lumen PICC tube. Conclusion:Long term indwelling double lumen PICC tube has the advantages of high safety, low complication rate, strict aseptic operation specification and effective nursing measures can help improve the quality of life of patients and nursing quality.
