LEEP刀联合明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:Analyze clinical efficacy of LEEP and gelatin sponge, chitosan membrane in treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion. Methods:Choose 105 cases from Aug. 2010 to Jul. 2012, randomly divided into 2 groups, treated with LEEP. A group received conventional anti-inflammatory, hemostatic therapy, B group received gelatin sponge and chitosan membrane treatment. Compare total effective rate and postoperative recovery. Results:Total efficiency B group was higher, Postoperative vaginal discharge time, bleeding time B group was shorter, has significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:LEEP and gelatin sponge, chitosan membrane in treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion, curative effect is exact, fast postoperative recovery, has good prospects.%目的：分析LEEP刀联合明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效,以供参考。方法：将2010年8月至2012年7月我院中重度宫颈糜烂患者105例随机分组,均接受LEEP刀手术治疗。术后A组接受常规消炎止血治疗,B组接受明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗。对比两组患者总有效率和术后恢复情况的差异性。结果：对比两组总有效率发现,B组明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组术后阴道排液时间、出血时间发现,B组明显短于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：LEEP刀联合明胶海绵及壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗中重度宫颈糜烂,疗效确切,术后恢复快,具有良好的临床应用前景。
