重庆市奉节县12岁儿童口腔健康流行病学调查

摘要

Objective: Survey chongqing Fengjiexian 12 years old children of oral diseases situation, analysis the correlation factor, reduce oral disease. Methods:Choose chongqing FengJieXian 12 years old children in 867 cases, 495 cases in which urban, rural 372 example, through the community health service station township health center line of oral diseases inspection and habits and customs investigation, understand the types of oral diseases, driver. Results:Children’s dental caries incidence is highest, the incidence of rural above the city, urban children’s effective brush my teeth rate, effective oral examination rate are higher than the countryside. Conclusions:Oral diseases mainly dental caries is given priority to, effective brush my teeth could significantly reduce children’s oral disease.%目的：调查重庆市奉节县12岁儿童的口腔疾病情况，分析相关因素，减少口腔疾病发生。方法：选择重庆市奉节县的12岁儿童867例，其中城市495例，农村372例，通过社区卫生服务站乡镇卫生院行口腔疾病检查及生活习惯调查，了解口腔疾病的种类，发生因素。结果：儿童龋齿的发生率最高，农村的发病率高于城市，城市儿童的有效刷牙率、有效口腔检查率均高于农村。结论：口腔疾病主要以龋齿为主，有效的刷牙能显著的减少儿童口腔疾病的发生。
