Objective: To observe the effect of oral administration of oral solution combined with glycerin enema for the treatment of Senile Functional constipation.Methods: 56 cases of functional constipation in elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group (28 cases) to give oral lactulose oral solution combined with glycerine enema admitted to anus,control group (28 cases) received enema into anus,period of treatment in the two groups were 2 weeks observed curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group were 100% and 78.6% respectively,the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); the 2 groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Elderly functional constipation lactulose combined with glycerine gel effect is better than that of treatment of lactulose or glycerine enema efficacy and less adverse reaction and safety of high.%目的:观察乳果糖口服溶液口服联合甘油灌肠剂纳肛用于治疗老年功能性便秘的效果.方法:56例功能性便秘老年患者随机分为两组,试验组(28例)给予乳果糖口服溶液口服联合开塞露纳肛,对照组(28例)给予开塞露纳肛,两组治疗疗程均为2周,观察两组疗效和不良反应.结果:试验组和对照组总有效率分别为100%和78.6%,试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者未出现明显不良反应.结论:老年人功能性便秘行乳果糖联合开塞露治疗效果优于单用乳果糖或开塞露的疗效,不良反应较少,安全性高.
