B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效观察

摘要

目的:研究B超引导下微创经皮肾镜技术(PCNL)取石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效情况.方法:100例上尿路结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组进行B超引导下微创PCNL取石的治疗,对照组行开放手术治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果.结果:治疗后,观察组结石清除率显著高于对照组;观察组输血情况,发热、伤口愈合不良等并发症显著少于对照组;观察组平均住院时间、尿液转清时间显著少于对照组,P<0.05.结论:B超引导下微创PCNL取石手术的治疗具有安全、微创、并发症少和高效等特点,有利于促进患者早日康复.%Objective: To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive Percutaneous nephroscope lithotomy(PCNL) under the guidance of ultrasound in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi.Methods:100 cases of upper urinary tract stones were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive PCNL, and the control group was treated by open operation, and the effect of treatment was observed in two groups.Results:After treatment, the stone clearance rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the observation group was significantly less than the control group, the average length of hospital stay and urine transfer time was significantly less than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of minimally invasive PCNL with the guidance of B ultrasound is safe, minimally invasive, less complications and high efficiency, which is beneficial to the early recovery of patients.
