三阴乳腺癌患者临床特征及预后分析

摘要

目的:探讨三阴乳腺癌患者的临床表现特征及预后所产生的影响.方法:选取2010年1月到2014年1月在我院就诊的乳腺癌患者共300例,其中三阴乳腺癌患者共63例作为观察组,其余237例乳腺癌患者为对照组.通过石蜡切片进行ER、PR、HER2的病理验证,回顾性分析三阴乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征、复发及存活状况,再进行随访.结果:观察组经验证ER、PR和HER2eu 均表现为阴性,五年的生存率:观察组为79.12%,对照组为89.24%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义.结论:三阴乳腺癌患者的5年生存率要低于其他乳腺癌患者,且复发转移多见于肝转移和肺转移.%Objective:To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of patients with triple-negative breast cancer. Methods:A total of 300 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jan 2010,including triple-negative breast cancer patients,63 cases as observation group, and the remaining 237 cases of breast cancer patients as control group. PR, HER2 and ER were performed by paraffin sections.The clinical and pathological characteristics, recurrence and survival status of triple-negative breast cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:HER2eu, PR and ER in the observation group were negative,five years survival rate: the observation group was 89.24%,the control group was 79.12%,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:5 year survival rate of triple-negative breast cancer patients is lower than that of other breast cancer patients,and recurrence and metastasis are more common in liver metastasis and lung metastasis.
