Objective: To investigate the L-carnitine treatment of the clinical effect of chronic heart failure (CHF) and the influence on the concentration of serum uric acid.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic heart failure were retrospectively analyzed, and 60 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups.. 30 cases in the control group, 18 male cases, 12 cases of female; age 52 to 74 years. The disease course ranged from 4 to 15 years, spironolactone, digoxin, diuretics, beta blockers, aldosterone receptor antagonists, angiotensin angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor therapy. Observation group of 30 cases, 16 cases were male, 14 cases were female, ranging in age from 55 to 78 years old, the course of disease ranged from 3 to 14 years observed in the control treatment group based on intravenous L-carnitine group. The efficacy and the changes of blood urea concentration were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group, LVEF was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05. The concentrations of LVESD and serum uric acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.01.Conclusion:The clinical effect of L-carnitine in the treatment of CHF significantly, can significantly reduce blood urea concentration.%目的：探讨左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床效果以及对血尿酸浓度的影响。方法：回顾性分析60例CHF患者的临床记录资料，将60例CHF患者，随机分为两组。对照组30例，男18例，女12例；年龄52～74岁，病程4～15年，应用螺内酯、地高辛、利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂、醛固酮受体拮抗剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂等治疗。观察组30例，男16例，女14例；年龄55～78岁，病程3～14年，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上再静滴左卡尼汀。比较两组疗效及相关心功能指标和血尿酸浓度的变化。结果：观察组的总有效率、LVEF明显高于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组的LVESD、血尿酸浓度均低于对照组，P＜0.01。结论：左卡尼汀治疗CHF的临床效果显著，可明显降低血尿酸浓度。
