急诊床边超声心动图对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨急诊床边超声心动图对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值。方法：选取我院2013年1～12月临床拟诊断为急性心肌梗死（AMI）的62例患者进行研究，均予以急诊床边超声心动图检查。结果：急诊时即刻，62例患者中，共有42例经ECG检查出现典型变化，被诊断为AMI。经UCG检查，共有50例患者的心室壁节段性收缩运动出现较明确的异常现象，与AMI诊断符合率为80.6%。经ECG检查，共有20例患者未出现典型变化。经UCG检查，其中14例出现心室壁明显节段性收缩运动异常现象，确诊符合率70.0%。梗死部位方面，不同部位呈现出不同的符合情况。结论：利用急诊床边超声心动图对急性心肌梗死进行检查可以为临床诊断提供较多参考依据，具有较高的应用价值。%Objective: To investigate the value of emergency bedside ultrasound Heartbeat in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:In our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December,62 patients with AMI diagnosed in clinical patients of emergency bedside ultrasound,are to be Beckoning graph examination.Results:The emergency immediately,in 62 patients,a total of 42 patients underwent ECG examination showed typical changes,was diagnosed with AMI.The UCG examination,a total of 50 patients with ventricular segmental systolic motion abnormal phenomenon is clear,and the accuracy of AMI was 80.6%.The ECG examination,a total of 20 patients did not show typical changes.The UCG examination,of which 14 cases of abnormal ventricular wall was segmental contraction,diagnosis coincidence rate 70%.Infarction location,different sites showed different compliance.Conclusion:The use of emergency bedside ultrasound Heartbeat graph to check on acute myocardial infarction can provide more reference for clinical diagnosis,and has higher application value,worthy of promotion.
