清热化痰法治疗急性耳鸣的THI量表初步评价

Objective: Toevaluate the clinical effect of clearing heat and resolving phlegm method in the treatment of acute tinnitus and explore its theoretical basis.Methods:59 cases of acute tinnitus patients,application of ten flavor Longdanhua granules,treatment for 2 weeks,before and after the treatment by tinnitus handicap inventory (THI) clinical observation.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.14%,and the Ten flavor Longdanhua granules in improving mood index than the other two groups of indexes have more advantage (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Ten flavor Longdanhua granules in the treatment of acute tinnitus is obvious,clearing heat and resolving phlegm method has an important significance for the treatment of acute tinnitus.%目的:评价清热化痰法治疗急性耳鸣的临床疗效并探讨其理论依据.方法:59例急性耳鸣患者,应用十味龙胆花颗粒口服,疗程2周,治疗前后通过耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)观察临床疗效.结果:治疗后总有效率达88.14%,且十味龙胆花颗粒在改善情绪类指标上较其他两组指标更有优势(P＜0.05).结论:十味龙胆花颗粒治疗急性耳鸣的疗效明显,清热化痰法对于治疗急性耳鸣具有重要的意义.
