临床护理路径在图像引导立体定向脑内病灶活检中的应用探讨

摘要

目的：将临床护理路径应用到图像引导立体定向脑内病灶活检术围手术期护理，探讨实现优质护理服务模式的新方法。方法：选择2013年2月～2014年2月122例图像引导下使用立体定向仪完成脑内病灶活检的患者，随机分为两组，对照组61例，实验组61例，对照组应用常规护理模式，实验组制定临床护理路径表应用临床护理路径模式，比较两组的平均住院日、患者认知度、患者满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果：实验组平均住院日缩短、患者对疾病的认知程度提高、患者满意度提高、并发症发生率降低。结论：临床护理路径的应用使护理工作具有计划性和预见性，使患者能主动参与护理过程，护患双方相互促进，形成主动护理与主动参与相结合的护理工作模式，实现高品质护理。%Objective: Clinical nursing path was used in perioperative nursing of imaging- guided stereotactic brain biopsy. To explore a new nursing mode with high quality.Methods:Select 2013~2014 year in February One hundred twenty-two patients receiving imaging-guided stereotactic brain biopsy from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into control and experimental group with 61 in each group.Routine nursing mode was used in the control group.The clinical nursing path table was made and clinical nursing path model was used in the experimental group.Average hospitalization period,recognition ability,satisfaction rate and postoperative complications of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:There were shorter hospitalization period,higher recognition ability and satisfaction rate,and lower incidence of complications in the experimental group.Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path guarantees nursing work foresight.The patient also actively participates in the process of nursing.It achieves a high quality nursing by forming a nursing mode with active nursing of nurses and active participation of patients in the combination.
