围生期下肢深静脉血栓形成孕产妇的临床特征观察

摘要

目的：探讨围生期下肢静脉血栓形成（DVT）孕产妇的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法：选取2012年6月～2013年6月我院妇产科、普外科收治的围生期下肢静脉血栓形成的孕产妇98例，其中产褥期DVT患者65例，为产褥期组；妊娠期DVT患者33例，为妊娠期组，探讨两组孕产妇DVT的发病时间、发生部位及治疗效果。结果：通过对临床资料进行分析，两组患者中产褥期发病率高于妊娠期，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而产褥期产妇中经剖宫产分娩者下肢静脉血栓形成发生率高于经阴道自然分娩者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对疾病发生部位研究中，左下肢明显高于右下肢，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；采取个体化治疗后，临床疗效显著，且无明显不良反应发生。结论：围生期下肢静脉血栓形成多发生于产褥期，经剖宫产分娩者高于经阴道自认分娩者，对患者予积极抗凝后，临床疗效显著。%Objective: To study the lower extremity venous thrombosis in the perinatal period maternal clinical characteristics,tre atment and prognosis.Methods:Selected from June 2012 to June 2012,general surgery,obstetrics and gynecology hospital of lower limb venous thrombosis in the perinatal period in our hospital 98 cases of pregnant and parturient women,with 65 cases patients with DVT in puerperium,for puerperal group; 33 patients with DVT during pregnancy to pregnancy group,discusses two groups of maternal effect of the time,location and treatment of DVT.Results:Through the analysis of clinical data,two groups of puerperal morbidity is higher than in patients with pregnancy,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Cesarean section delivery hitches and puerperal women is lower limb venous thrombosis incidence is higher than the transvaginal natural childbirth,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); To disease location in the study,the left leg obviously higher than that of the right lower limb,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Taking individualized treatment,the clinical curative effect is distinct,and no obvious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion:Lower limb venous thrombosis in the perinatal period develops in puerperium,approved by cesarean delivery is higher than the vaginal avowed delivery,for patients with positive after anticoagulation,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
