农村已婚育龄妇女生殖系统疾病现状及就医行为调查

摘要

Objective: Investigation on rural married women of reproductive and health seeking behavior and its influencing facts,explore targeted interventions,to avoid various risk factors,reduce the prevalence of reproductive system diseases and improve reproductive health level.Methods:Inquiring has been well made through one by one and face to face on all rural married women coming to our charge-free health checking station,together with gynecological examinations and laboratory test,multi-factors also analyzed.Results:The total examination covers the number of 6379 people,of whom 2638 patients have diseases of reproductive system,the disease prevalence rate at 41.35%,1270 people have self-feeling symptoms accounting 48.25%,medical treatment percentage at 61.12%.1368 asymptomatic patients accounted for 51.75%,medical treatment percentage at 48.28%.Reproductive system diseases detected in all patients with timely medical treatment rate of 59.43%.Statistical analysis showed that the reproductive health status and health seeking behavior of patients are influenced by age,educational level,economic status,the combined effect of reproductive health knowledge and also affected by other factors.Conclusion:The rural married women of all the county accounts a relatively high prevalence on reproductive system diseas while the medical treatment rate is very low.Self-feeling symptoms of patient also at a low percentage;less attention has been given to timely medical treatment and good awareness.In future we should step up publicity efforts,interventions should be timely made by adopting comprehensive measures.It is very important to provide a comprehensive service on investigation,prevention and treatment to reproductive system.%目的：了解农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况和就医行为及其影响因素，探讨有针对性的干预措施，规避各种风险因素，降低生殖系统疾病患病率，提高生殖健康水平。方法：来我站免费健康检查的所有农村已婚育龄妇女面对面、一对一进行询问、妇科检查和实验室检查及多因素综合分析。结果：总查体6379人，生殖系统疾病患者2638人，患病率41.35%，有自感症状患者1270人占48.25%，就医率61.12%；无症状患者1368人占51.75%，就医率48.28%。检出所有生殖系统疾病患者及时就医率59.43%。统计分析结果显示，患者生殖健康状况及就医行为受年龄、文化程度、经济状况、生殖健康知识共同影响，并各自受其他因素影响。结论：全县农村已婚育龄妇女生殖系统患病率较高，就医率却很低；在患病妇女中自感症状者较低；及时就医和规范治疗的意识不高。今后我们应加大宣传力度，有针对性的及时的采取综合措施进行干预，提供生殖系统查、防、治服务一体化至关重要。
