品管圈活动在婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防护理中的应用探讨

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of the application of quality control circle in the prevention and nursing of skin impression caused by indwelling needle in infants and young children.Methods:My courtyard department of Pediatrics receiving indwelling needle in infant children of 268 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group; control group according to the conventional way of indwelling needle puncture operation observed group product management circle activities operation.Compared with the two groups of children with skin indentation and quality control circle activity group of nursing care before and after the growth of.Results:In the observation group, the indentation was 10.44% in the control group, the indentation rate was 29.78%, the experimental results (P<0.05) are statistically significant;nursing,nursing staff compared with before treatment have obvious improvement,the experimental results (P<0.05) is statistically significant.Conclusion:The quality control circle activity can effectively improve the skin impression prevention effect of indwelling needle in infants, and can effectively improve the awareness and ability of nursing staff.%目的：探究品管圈活动在婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院儿科接收留置针管的婴幼儿患儿268例，随机平均分成观察组与对照组；对照组按照常规方式进行留置针穿刺操作，观察组使用品管圈活动操作。对比两组患儿皮肤压痕的情况及品管圈活动小组的护理人员护理前后的成长情况。结果：观察组的压痕出现率为10.44%，对照组的压痕出现率为29.78%，对比结果（P＜0.05）有统计学意义；护理后，护理人员较护理前有明显的改善，对比结果（P＜0.05）有统计学意义。结论：品管圈活动能有效提升婴幼儿留置针所致皮肤压痕预防效果，并能有效提高护理人员的预防意识与能力。
