Objective: To investigate diagnostic value of ultrasound (US) Joint computed tomography (CT) examination on incidental thyroid lesions of benign and malignant lesions.Methods:Analyze retrospectively imaging and of clinically relevant data of 576 patients from February 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital with a diagnosis of thyroid.Results:NO.1 US Joint CT group was significantly higher ultrasound group and the CT group (P<0.05) ;the rate of diagnosis between ultrasound and CT group had no significant difference (P>0.05); NO.2 diagnosis rate of US Joint CT group was significantly higher ultrasound group and the CT group (P<0.05); diagnosis rate of ultrasound and CT group had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); NO.3 when thyroid cancer diameter is Less than or equal to 1cm, diagnostic rate of ultrasound group and US Joint CT group was significantly higher than CT group (P<0.05), ultrasound group and US Joint CT group had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); when thyroid cancer diameter more than 1cm, the diagnostic accuracy of US Joint CT group was significantly higher than ultrasound group and the CT group (P<0.05), the ultrasound group and the CT group had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:US joint CT examination can improve the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of thyroid lesions and is conducive to clinical early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment of thyroid cancer, and can be widely promoted in the clinical examination.%目的：探讨超声（US）联合电子计算机断层扫描（CT）检查甲状腺偶发病灶对良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2013年2月～2015年3月我院诊断为甲状腺占位患者576例的影像学检查和临床相关资料。结果：（1）US联合CT检查甲状腺良性肿瘤的诊断价值：US联合CT组的诊断符合率显著高于超声组及CT组（P＜0.05），超声组与CT组的诊断符合率无显著差异（P＞0.05）；（2）US联合CT检查甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值：US联合CT组的诊断符合率显著高于超声组及CT组（P＜0.05），超声组与CT组的诊断符合率无显著差异（P＞0.05）；（3）US联合CT检查对直径不同的甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值：当甲状腺恶性肿瘤直径≤1cm时，超声组和US联合CT组的诊断符合率显著高于CT组（P＜0.05），超声组与US联合CT组之间无显著差异（P＞0.05）；当甲状腺恶性肿瘤直径＞1cm，US联合CT组的诊断符合率显著高于超声组及CT组（P＜0.05），超声组和CT组之间无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：US联合CT检查可有效提高对甲状腺偶发病灶的良恶性病变诊断符合率，有利于临床早发现、早诊断、早治疗甲状腺肿瘤。
