Objective: To analyze the mental health status of medical staff after medical disputes,and to study the methods of improving the psychological coping ability of medical staff.Methods:In Nov ~2015 year in Feb 2014 in our hospital outpatient,inpatient department occurred and the medical dispute events of 40 cases,divided into observation group and control group.The scores of the two groups of medical staff on the psychological health status were compared. Results:Two groups of medical personnel SCL symptom self rating scale List-90 score comparison,observation group medical personnel somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,and mental disease of were significantly higher than those of control group,compared to the test,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:The psychological health of medical staff in medical disputes will be affected greatly by negative impact and influence,which can cause adverse psychological crisis.%目的:分析医疗纠纷后医务人员的心理健康状况,并对提高医务人员心理应对能力的方法进行研究与应用。方法:选择2014年2月~2015年11月在我院门诊、住院部发生和未发生医疗纠纷事件的医务人员各40例,分为观察组和对照组。对比观察两组医务人员在心理健康状况方面的评分结果差异。结果:两组医务人员SCL症状自评量表-90评分对比,观察组医务人员躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、以及精神病性均显著高于对照组,对比经检验,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:医疗纠纷后医务人员心理健康会受到极大程度的负面冲击和影响,造成不良心理危机状态,应通过加强指导的方式改善医务人员的心理状况。
