个性化护理干预对乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的：分析个性化护理干预对乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗依从性及生活质量的影响，为临床护理工作提供有价值参考。方法：收集2013年4月～2016年4月我院收治的乳腺癌患者50例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理模式，实验组采用个性化护理干预模式，比较两组护理效果。结果：对照组治疗依从性优良率68.0%，明显低于实验组92.0%，实验组生活质量评分优于对照组，实验组护理满意率88.0%，明显高于对照组56.0%，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：将个性化护理干预模式应用于乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗，能够提高其治疗依从性以及生活质量。%Objective: To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the compliance and quality of life of patients with breast cancer,and to provide valuable reference for clinical nursing work.Methods:Collect and analysis of 50 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from April - 2016 in April as the object of study,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received the routine nursing,the experimental group with individualized nursing intervention mode,compared two groups of nursing effect in 2013.Results:The control group treatment compliance,the excellent and good rate was 68.0% was significantly lower in the experimental group 92.0%,the experimental group quality of life scores than the control group,in the experimental group,nursing satisfaction rate was 88.0% was significantly higher than that of the control group was 56%,difference has statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The personalized nursing intervention model can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with breast cancer,and it has good clinical application value.
