整体护理对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机耐受率及不良反应的影响

摘要

目的：分析整体护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机耐受率及不良反应的影响。方法：选取80例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者，将患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受整体护理干预，对比两组患者使用无创呼吸机的耐受率及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组耐受率为100%，不良反应发生率为7.5%（3/40），对照组耐受率为77.5%，不良反应发生率为25%，3例患者转气管插管，2例放弃治疗。两组患者的耐受率和不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：整体护理可提高COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者使用无创呼吸机治疗的耐受性，降低口鼻红肿、口干等不良反应发生率。%Objective: To analyze the effect of holistic nursing care on the patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure and the effect of non invasive ventilator tolerance rate and adverse reaction.Methods:80 cases of COPD with type II respiratory failure patients,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,patients in the observation group received nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients using noninvasive ventilator tolerance rate and adverse reaction incidence.Results:The tolerance rate of observation group was 100%,the adverse reaction rate was 7.5%(3/40),the control group was 77.5%,the incidence of adverse reaction was 25%,3 cases of patients with tracheal intubation,2 cases gave up treatment.There was significant difference in the rate of tolerance and adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing can improve patients with COPD and respiratory failure,the use of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of tolerance,decrease the incidence rate of swelling of the mouth and nose,dry mouth,and other adverse reactions,it is worth of clinical application.
