目的:评价应用GAS MAN软件辅助教学在临床吸入麻醉中的影响及作用。方法:将2012年至2014年进入自治区人民医院麻醉科进行培训的22名住院医师随机分为试验组(T组)和对照组(C组),每组各11人。两组均接受吸入麻醉理论授课后进入临床实践工作。结果:T组记录从麻醉诱导至七氟醚低流量ET%达到平稳的时间(9.09±0.25)min,明显快于C组时间(12.73±2.70)min(P=0.002);T组相应消耗七氟醚的体积量(13.32±1.01)ml,明显少于C组体积(23.08±4.45)ml (P=0.001)。结论:采用GAS MAN软件进行计算机模拟教学应用于麻醉住院医师培训,有利于麻醉药理论学习。%Objective: To evaluate the influence and role of using GAS MAN for auxiliary teaching in clinical inhalation anesthesia in anesthesia resident physician training.Methods:Divided the 22 resident physicians who went into autonomous region people's hospital for anesthesiology training from 2012 to 2014 randomly into trial group (T group) and control group (group C),with 11 people of each group.The two groups accepted inhalation anesthesia theory teaching and then did the clinical practice.Results:The time from anesthesia induction to smooth consumption of low flow ET %sevoflurane value of group T is (9.09 ±0.25) min,which is significantly faster than the time (12.73±2.70) min of group C (P =0.002); the corresponding consumed volume of sevoflurane of group T is (13.32±1.01) ml,which is significantly less than the volume of group C (23.08±4.45) ml,(P = 0.001).Conclusion:Application of GAS MAN on computer simulation teaching to anesthesia resident physician training is advantageous to the anesthetic theoretical study and it is easier to understand it than the simple book reading.
