益气活血定喘方对小儿哮喘缓解期的治疗作用研究#

摘要

Objective: To study the Yiqi Huoxue Dingchuan Decoction of children with asthma remission therapy. Methods:From May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital 80 cases of asthmatic children as research subjects were randomly divided into the control group,80 cases of children with the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group ketotifen treatment,observation group Yiqi Huoxue Dingchuan Decoction treatment,compared two groups of children with asthma remission of clinical effect.Results:The total efficiency of 95% in the control group,the total efficiency of 80% in the observation group was significantly higher clinical results than the control group,a significant difference between two groups; one month after treatment,the observation group PEF,FEV1 compared with the control group no significant difference (P>0.05),after three months of treatment,observation group PEF,FEV1 comparison with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of Yiqi Huoxue Dingchuan Decoction remission of asthma in children over the treatment of stage,can significantly improve children's physical fitness and lung function.%目的：研究益气活血定喘方对小儿哮喘缓解期的治疗作用。方法：选择2014年5月至2015年5月山东省交通医院收治的80例哮喘患儿作为研究对象，随机把80例患儿分成对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组应用酮替酚治疗，观察组应用益气活血定喘方治疗，对比两组患儿哮喘缓解期的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率95%，对照组总有效率80%，观察组临床治疗效果明显比对照组高，两组对比差异显著；经过1个月治疗，观察组PEF、FEV1与对照组对比无明显差异（P＞0.05），经过3个月治疗，观察组PEF、FEV1与对照组对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：益气活血定喘方治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的治疗作用理想，可以明显改善患儿的体质和肺功能。
