[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the early warning significance of the calcitonin original (CPT) and the high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the early detection of neonatal infection.Methods:According to the degree of neonatal infection, they divided into local infection group (group A, 60 cases) and severe infection group (group B, 60 cases) and control group (C group, 60 cases) were measured their CPT and hs CRP concentration, and the treatment of sick newborns. After treatment, their CPT and hs-CRP concentrations were measured again. To study the relationship between CPT and hs-CRP concentration and neonatal infection.Results:The levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the two groups of A and B were significantly higher than those in the C group, the PCT and hs-CRP levels were higher in the B group than in the A group, and the positive rates were also consistent with the data trend,P<0.05. Before and after treatment, the levels of PCT and hs-CPT were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The levels of CPT and hs-CRP were positively correlated with the degree of infection in neonates.Conclusion:CPT and hs-CRP can be well in the early warning of neonatal infection.%目的:探讨降钙素原(CPT)及超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在早期发现新生儿感染过程中的预警意义。方法:根据新生儿的感染程度,将他们分为局部感染组(A组,60例)、重度感染组(B组,60例)和对照组(C组,60例),分别测定他们的CPT和hs-CRP浓度,并对患病新生儿治疗。治疗后,再次测定他们的CPT和hs-CRP浓度。研究CPT和hs-CRP浓度水平和新生儿感染的关系。结果:A、B两组新生儿的PCT和hs-CRP水平明显高于C组,B组PCT和hs-CRP水平高于A组,相对应的阳性率也呈现出一致的数据趋势,P均<0.05。治疗前后患儿的PCT与hs-CPT水平和阳性率均有明显的下降(P<0.05)。CPT和hs-CRP的水平与新生儿的感染程度呈正相关。结论:CPT及hs-CRP能够很好地预警新生儿感染。
