针对急诊医师的高仿真模拟培训应用评价

摘要

目的：探讨高仿真模拟培训对急诊医师在临床综合技能的提高作用及培训效果反馈。方法：对北京地区初、中、高级急诊医师500人进行高仿真模拟培训并进行问卷调查。结果：有效问卷500份全部回收。＞84.6%学员认为：⑴培训能够真实的模拟临床场景。⑵培训时能感到紧张和压力。⑶培训后感到愉快和成就感。⑷不会在培训后感到沮丧。⑸培训可为日后的临床工作提供帮助。⑹愿意再次参加类似的培训。⑺对本次培训的时间安排表示满意。⑻获益最大的是提高团队抢救水平，其次是抢救中的领导能力。⑼培训应由急诊医护共同参加。结论：高仿真模拟培训在我国急诊医学教育方面效果反馈良好，并将发挥更大作用。%[ABSTRACT]Objective: To explore the effect of high simulation training on the improvement of clinical comprehensive skills and training effect feedback of emergency physicians.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 primary, middle and advanced emergency physicians in Beijing.Results:500 valid questionnaires were recovered. More than 84.6% students:⑴Training can simulate the real clinical scenario.⑵The training can be stressed.⑶Pleasure and sense of achievement after the training.⑷I will not feel dejected after training.⑸The training can provide help for the clinical work in the future.⑹It is willing to participate in similar training again.⑺He expressed satisfaction with the training schedule.⑻Therefore the biggest benefit is to improve the rescue team level, followed by the rescue of leadership.⑼Training should be attended by emergency medical care.Conclusion: High simulation training in emergency medical education in our country, the effect of good feedback, and will play a greater role.
