电子和荧光电子支气管镜对早期肺癌的诊断价值评述

摘要

目的：研究早期肺癌运用电子和荧光电子支气管镜诊断的临床价值。方法：选择我院收治的肺癌患者144例随机分为两组，其中给予对照组电子支气管镜检查，而观察组则运用英光电子支气管镜检查，对比两组检出率。结果：两组的检出率比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同时，两组的特异性和敏感性比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：与电子支气管镜相比，荧光电子支气管镜诊断早期肺癌的准确性和敏感性较高。%Objective: To study the clinical value of early diagnosis of lung cancer by electron and fluorescence electron bronchoscopy.Methods:144 cases of lung cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given electronic bronchoscopy, while the observation group was treated with the use of electronic bronchoscopy, compared to two groups of detection rate.Results:The detection rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); at the same time, the specificity and sensitivity of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with electronic bronchoscopy,the accuracy and sensitivity of fluorescence electron bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of early lung cancer is high.
