新时代医院博士后创新实践基地建设实践与探索

摘要

目的 分析医院博士后创新实践基地建设情况,指出博士后工作存在的突出问题,提出推进医院博士后基地建设的相关建议.方法 对医院博士后创新实践基地工作进行回顾性分析.结果 基地博士后培养规模不大,博士后导师队伍力量薄弱,科研平台建设未完善,博士后进站受年龄、住院医师规培政策及薪酬因素影响.结论 医院应拓展博士后招聘渠道、加强导师队伍建设、完善科研平台建设、健全激励机制,切实提高博士后基地建设水平.%Objective To analyze the construction situation of the hospital postdoctoral innovative practice base,we can point out the outstanding problems in the postdoctoral work,and then provide reasonable suggestions to promote the construction of hospital postdoctoral base related.Methods The retrospective analysis methods were used to analyze the work of hospital postdoctoral innovation practice base.Results The scale of postdoctoral training in the base was small.The strength of postdoctoral tutors was weak.The construction of scientific research platform was not perfect.The postdoctoral station was influenced by age,the policy of resident doctor training and salary.Conclusions The hospitals should expand the channels of postdoctoral recruitment,strengthen the construction of tutors,improve the construction of scientific research platform,im prove the incentive mechanism,so as to improve the construction level of postdoctoral base effectively.
